ADJUSTMENTS:
If you need something adjusted please email me and I will be happy to accommodate to your request. Typically, all of my products are adjustable but it is always a good idea to include your size so that I can make sure. Also, If you see something you like but you’re not so sure about the color theme or anything else I’ll be happy to assist to create one to your liking. Don't hesitate to message me.
CUSTOM ORDERING:
I take custom orders upon request, custom orders will not be processed until payment is received. Please email me so that we can work together to create your custom unique jewelry piece. Custom orders are NOT refundable because custom order is made to fit the buyers preferences.
MULTIPLE PURCHASE:
I will be glad to add all your items into one listing to save on shipping cost. Please notify me prior to purchase so that I can set up a reserved listing for you.
PAYMENTS:
I only accept Paypal and Google checkout, money orders or personal checks are not accepted.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING:
All items will be shipped via USPS standard mail in a bubble envelope. A tracking number will be included and emailed to you once the item has shipped. Online orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Custom orders will need at least 3-4 weeks to produce. Standard mail will take anywhere from 3-10 business days depending on your location.
REFUNDS:
KrystalsJewelry highly values customer satisfaction, I definitely hope you love your purchase. Each item is heat sealed in a ziplock bag. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please notify me of a return and I'll assist you with a full refund within 14 days excluding shipping. This privilege is only eligible for necklaces and bracelets purchases made up to a maximum of 10 days prior to the date of order. Earrings and custom orders are not refundable.
Also, If you are planning to return an item please make sure it is safely packaged so no damage would occur. If the received item is damaged a 50% fee will be deducted. So please make sure that it is safely packaged.*****
